Senior Business Solution Architect

Our Public Sector client is currently seeking one (1) Senior Business Solutions Architect. This is a 3-month contract opportunity slated to begin ASAP. It comes with an optional 6-month extension.

In order to proceed with implementation of the scope defined for eCRM Release 2a, eGLMS Release 2a and eRIMS in an integrated and aligned way, the services of an experienced Business Architect are required. 

Scope of Services and Deliverables:

Responsibilities:

• Define the approach to be taken in cleaning up duplicate data;
• A complete Data Standards Guide for all branches/units, including supporting business rules;
• An updated Data Access guide that identifies roles, responsibilities and defines the access and update rules for each record;
• Lead the development of an operational support model that encompasses the business (as well as the traditional IT aspects).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in data related projects (e.g. EMPI or CRM) where cross-organizational data standards/business rules were established;
• Experience in establishing data access rules;
• Experience with architecture standards and best practices (including the Zachman framework), and approval processes required in an large corporate organization;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
• Skills in consensus building and issue resolution involving key stakeholders, and members of teams; and
• A team player working well under stress and tight deadlines.
  

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform;
• Knowledge of the Government of Ontario Project Management processes; and
• Experience with Government of Ontario Architecture deliverables (including the Zachman framework), and approval processes.
