Senior SAP Business Analyst – HR

Our Public Sector client is currently seeking two Senior SAP Business Analyst(s). This is a 12 month contract opportunity slated to begin immediately. The successful candidates will provide operational support for the City’s SAP HR Payroll system, in including time evaluation and time management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and recommendations regarding appropriate use of the SAP HR modules in particular e-Recruitment, Learning Administration, ESS, MSS, Payroll, Time Management and Time Evaluation in a support environment
• Analyze and define business requirements for new functions
• Conduct detailed analysis of support calls and provide recommendations and estimates for corrective actions
• Prepare test criteria, test scripts and cases supporting the functional and integration testing efforts;
• Identify business and user impacts associated with the implementation of new SAP solutions and the requirement for end-user training
• Provide knowledge transfer to City resources, as required
• Manage maintenance releases to ensure they are implemented on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years experience providing support for a production environment
• 2 years experience with SAP version ECC 6.0
• Experience with Enterprise version of SAP (minimum version 4.7)
• Experience with e-Recruitment
• Experience with Learning Administration
• Experience with Organizational Management
• Experience with ESS and MSS applications
• Experience with HR Query and ABAP preferred
